The Prep Up Eyeshadow Primer has a soft, doe foot applicator that applies an even coat of its rich priming formula to prep your lids for easier eyeshadow application. This creates a consistent, tacky base for eyeshadow to cling to for maximum pigment payoff, allowing pigment to easily blend. Its oil control formula prevents the eyelids from getting slick throughout the day.
