Return Policy

We stand behind customer satisfaction and value your product experience. All returns will be allowed for up to 30 days after receiving. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. To make a return, please e-mail support@kokiecosmetics.com for next steps. 

We do not provide return labels at this time. You will be responsible for purchasing the return freight and recording the tracking information.

Cancellation Policy

During this time, we will allow cancellation up until shipment of your order. Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Exchange Policy

For all product exchanges, please reach out by email to support@kokiecosmetics.com for the next steps. At this time,  you must e-mail our support team within 30 days of receiving the product and upon our warehouse receiving the return, an exchange will be reshipped. We do not provide return labels at this time. You will be responsible for purchasing the return freight and recording the tracking information.
