If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase from Kokiecosmetics.com we will happily provide full refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise returned within 30 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. All shipping fees are not refundable. No restocking fees. Any damage package/products, please save all boxes and contact us with an image of the damaged product within 3 days of the receipt of goods.
